Delivery

Our normal delivery is free for orders over £75.00 and takes between 3-5 days. There is a delivery charge of £5.95 + vat for orders under £75.00. Delivery charges are to the UK mainland only excluding Northern Island. Additional charges may apply to Northern Island and Scottish Islands. We do not deliver outside the UK.

Some items have longer lead times (shown in blue above the product code), therefore if timing is vital to your order please check with our Customer Services team on 01285 700805 or enquiries@earlyyearsdirect.com before placing your order.

Returns

Please check your goods when they arrive. If there is a problem, please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to help. If for any reason any part of your order is unacceptable, we do accept returns, but there may be a small re-stocking charge. There will be a re-stocking charge for made to order items.
